Mental Health & Wellbeing Ecosystem
Supporting children
by supporting the adults around them.
A trauma-informed mental health ecosystem for children and young people aged 5–18 — working with families, schools, and practitioners to build safety, connection, and resilience.
How We Help
Three pathways. One purpose.
We work with schools, families, and young people directly — because when the adults around a child feel supported, the child feels safe.

Schools
INSET staff training, classroom workshops, and targeted group programmes — helping school teams understand and respond to distress with confidence.

Learn moreOur Approach
Trauma-informed. Compassion-led. Evidence-based.
Everything we do is grounded in the understanding that behaviour is communication. When a child is struggling, the answer isn't to manage the behaviour — it's to understand what's driving it.
We support the adults and systems around children — because when parents feel steady, when schools feel equipped, and when practitioners work together, children feel safe enough to grow.
Our principles
- Behaviour as communication — not something to fix
- Safety, connection, and repair over perfection
- Understanding the nervous system and how it shapes behaviour
- Lived experience alongside clinical expertise
- Non-pathologising, compassionate support

The Ecosystem
More than a service. A connected system of support.
Unmasking Mindz brings together workshops, practitioner-led support, resources, and our signature ALIGN framework — all designed to work together so that no one is navigating this alone.
