What We Offer

Support for young people.
Delivered through families and schools.

Unmasking Mindz provides trauma-informed mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people (5–18) — by supporting the adults and systems around them: families, schools, and communities.

A core team + associate network: We are a core team supported by a trusted associate network of practitioners, including educational mental health practitioners (EMHP/SMHP), children’s wellbeing practitioners, counsellors and psychotherapists — so we can match the right practitioner and approach to the setting and need.

Schools

Workshops for staff and pupils — plus targeted groups.

We deliver INSET staff workshops, classroom-based pupil workshops, and 4–8 week targeted group programmes for primary and secondary settings.

Parents & Carers

ALIGN is our signature parent pathway.

A reflective framework that helps you respond with steadiness, safety, and connection — especially when your child is anxious, overwhelmed, or needing control.

How parents access support

  • ALIGN resources and guided practices
  • Parent workshops (online and in-person)
  • Optional 1:1 parent guidance (ALIGN-informed)

Young People

Primary and secondary support — with a simple triage-style start.

We offer supportive spaces for young people to understand what they’re feeling, learn practical coping tools, and feel less alone — delivered by our practitioner team and associate network.

Primary (5–11)

Gentle, developmentally appropriate support that builds emotional language, body-based calming tools, and a sense of safety and trust.

Secondary (11–18)

Support that recognises the pressures young people face — identity, friendships, school stress, online life — and builds coping skills, confidence, and help-seeking.
