Parent Support
The ALIGN Method
A reflective, somatic, and psychotherapeutic framework for parents. Not behaviour management. Not attachment parenting. Something deeper — relational leadership.

ALIGN was created for parents who are tired of strategies that don't work, advice that doesn't fit, and the constant feeling that they're getting it wrong.
It's a five-module journey that starts with you — your body, your history, your patterns — and builds outward to transform the relationship between you and your child.
Each module builds on the last. By the end, you won't just have new tools — you'll have a new way of being with your child.
The Five Modules
The ALIGN journey
Anchor
Ground yourself before you respond.
Before you can help your child, you need to find your own steady ground. Anchor teaches you to pause, breathe, and return to a calm, intentional state — even in the middle of a storm. You'll learn the 5-Second Reset: press your feet, drop your shoulders, flip the script.
Listen
Tune in — to yourself and your child.
Real listening goes deeper than hearing words. Listen helps you become emotionally available — tuning into your own body and emotions first, then truly hearing what your child is communicating beneath their behaviour. Presence, not advice.
Interpret
See beneath the behaviour.
Every parent carries an invisible backpack of their own history. Interpret helps you notice the automatic stories you tell yourself about your child's behaviour — and choose more compassionate, curious meanings instead.
Guide
Lead with calm, not control.
Guidance isn't about compliance — it's about trust. Guide helps you become the emotionally steady adult your child can borrow calm from. You'll learn leadership through your body, predictable routines, safe boundaries, and the language of connection.
Nurture
Repair, reconnect, grow together.
Ruptures happen in every relationship. Nurture is about what comes after — the repair, the reconnection, the daily practice of showing your child they are unconditionally worthy of love. It's where the ALIGN journey comes full circle.
